All products sold on The Sound Pharmacy are digital in nature (audio files, e-books, and guides). Since these items are delivered instantly via download, refunds are generally not provided.
2. When Refunds Are Granted
Refunds will only be issued under the following circumstances:
- If you are unable to download your purchased file due to a technical error.
- If you received a corrupted or non-working file.
